A Zero Energy House (ZEH) is a house whose heating needs,
Domestic hot water and electricity are optimized and covered
through a balanced annual production of photovoltaic electricity.
A COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTION IS ESSENTIAL
Emphasis is placed on the interaction between the building envelope, which is energy-optimized with thermal bridges reduced to a minimum, and the use of cutting-edge building and energy technologies.
Thus, solar technical systems for the production of hot water and electricity can offset the annual energy balance.

We are putting our expertise into practice.
Given that buildings account for more than 33% of global energy consumption with 20% of CO2 emissions (and up to 50% in large cities), every action we can take will have a positive impact on our climate and protect the future of our children.
However, to achieve the goal decided at COP21 in Paris of limiting global warming to 1.5°C, we must develop new construction concepts, while renovating existing buildings, to achieve a level of energy consumption close to zero.
